1. Don't argue with the students, no matter how witty you are or how dumb they are.
2. Don't be afraid to give a detention, because when you let things slide, the kids will just push you further.
3. Ignore all the complaints. No matter how fun you make class, students will still complain.
4. Proofread all tests and quizzes...multiple times.
5. Plan lessons in advance, even though you're a last-minute type of person.
6. Don't overuse sarcasm.
7. Plan out all notes and come up with clear examples.
8. Record test/quiz grades before handing them back.
9. Stick to deadlines. Though, be human, of course.
